It is to your benefit for you to fill out the form as completely as possible. It is important that you fill it out in its entirety, so important that it simply will not allow you to submit it unless it is complete. True we are not appraisers, but the Banks are now looking to us for appraised values, as we are free, appraisers are very expensive, they start at around $450.00 and go up depending on Residential or Commercial, and square footage. Setting the value for your own home is like the attorney who represents himself in court, the attorney has a fool for a client. |

Once you have this information, fill out the Sellers Information form as in as much detail as you can. We cannot find what you want unless you tell us what it is you need or want.
