A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is the most common method of establishing an approximate market value range for your home. Generally, 3-4 recent sales of comparable homes near yours are used to establish the average current market price per square foot of space. Allowances are made for special features and amenities, such as pool, extra large lots, navigable waterfront, etc., that one property may have and the others don't. The adjusted price per square foot is then applied to your home to establish its value.

 

When you submit your request, it will be Emailed directly to me for action. Please allow a day or two for a response.  The results will be E-mailed to you.
