APOD Annual Property Operating  Data Report.
CAP Capitalization Rate is expressed as a percentage and arrived at by dividing Net Operating Income by the Price of the property (NOI/Price)
Cash on Cash Cash on Cash Return is the property's annual net cash flow divided by your net investment, expressed as a percentage.
CMA Comparative Market Analyses is market Comparative Analyses of your property against other properties of likeness
GOE Gross Operating Expense is expressed in dollars and can be arrived at by subtracting Net Operating Income from the Gross Operating Income. (GOI-NOI=GOE)
GOI Gross Operating Income is expressed in dollars and is arrived at by dividing Price of the property by Gross Rent Multiplier  (Price/GRM)
GRM Gross Rent Multiplier is expressed in percentage points and arrived at by dividing the properties Price by the Gross Operating Income (Price/GOI)
MLS Multiple Listing Service an organizational database of all residential properties available in a specific market place. Generally supplied by an association that represents your local REALTOR®
NOI Net Operating Income is expressed in dollars and arrived at by multiplying the Capitalization rate times the Price of the property. (CAP*Price )
